Jennifer Marshall

Jennifer Marshall, J.D., is Executive Director of the Center for Progressive Reform, and a graduate of the University of Maryland Law School with a concentration in environmental law.  She served as an attorney adjudicating complaints of discrimination by federal employees and clerked for Maryland Circuit Court Judge James Lombardi. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Marshall worked in senior staff positions in the offices of Department of Labor Secretary Robert Reich, Senators Tom Harkin and Barbara Mikulski, and Representatives Bart Stupak and Terry Bruce. Ms. Marshall is a 1987 graduate of the University of Colorado, where she earned her B.A. in political science.
